1. Payment & Subscription

• Customers enrolled in the course must complete their subscription payment through three consecutive monthly installments via Stripe.

• The total course duration shall not exceed 120 days from the start date unless a written extension is granted by the Provider.

• Monthly installments will be automatically charged to the customer’s registered payment method until the full amount is paid.

• The customer is responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for each scheduled charge.

• All course fees exclude applicable taxes or Stripe transaction fees, which the customer agrees to bear if applicable.

2. Course Delivery

• Courses are conducted live according to the published schedule.

• If live sessions cannot be provided due to emergencies or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control, full pre-recorded video lessons covering the entire course will be made available.

• If the customer is unable to attend live sessions for personal reasons, they may access the pre-recorded materials during their subscription period.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds are issued once the course has started.

• The three-month payment plan will continue automatically until the full subscription amount has been collected.

• If the Provider is unable to deliver the course, pre-recorded content will be provided as an alternative.

• Cancellation 24 hours before the class will be counted as done.

• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspended access and recovery of associated fees or damages.

4. Results & responsabilities

• The Provider makes no guarantee of specific results or learning outcomes.

• The customer is solely responsible for completing the lessons and applying the course material effectively within the three-month period.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content  including text, videos, audio, visuals, and materials remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
• Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access the content during their paid subscription period.
• Copying, recording, sharing, redistributing, or reselling any course material is strictly prohibited without written consent from the Provider.

6. Support & Communication

• Customer support is available through Info@fluencyessentials.com

• The Provider aims to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe during official business hours.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• The Provider collects and processes personal information solely for registration, communication, and payment purposes.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, the customer agrees to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• The Provider does not store full payment card details and will never share customer data with third parties except as required by law.
• Appropriate data protection and security measures are applied to safeguard customer information.

8. Force Majeure

• The Provider shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as power outages, internet failures, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

• In such cases, pre-recorded course content will be provided to ensure continued access.

9.Limitation of liability

• All courses and materials are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties.

• The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

• The total liability of the Provider shall never exceed the total subscription amount paid by the customer.

10.Governing law & jusridiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ras Al Khaimah Courts.

11.Acknowledgment

By clicking “subscription” and completing your payment through Stripe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the automatic monthly installment plan and all related obligations.
